Heavy Tension in Umuahia as Gunmen Attack Military Checkpoint, Issue Warning to Gov. Alex Otti

 There is rising tension in Umuahia, Abia State, following an attack by gunmen on a newly established military checkpoint.


The assailants targeted the location late Tuesday, sparking fears among residents.


During the attack, the gunmen issued a stern warning to Governor Alex Otti. Authorities are investigating the incident, while security forces have heightened patrols in the area. No casualties have been reported so far.
